[chrome] 크롬 브라우저 커서 깜빡임 해결법

버크롬 브라우저를 설치해서 사용 중인데 어느 곳을 클릭하든 커서가 깜빡거린다.

심지어 rotate 걸려 있는 곳을 클릭하면 커서가 rotate 된 상태에서 깜빡거린다.

이게 무슨...?

 

찾아보니 외국인이 나와 같은 문제를 겪었다.

찾아보니 해결 방법은 설정의 접근성이 문제였다는 것!

Chrome 설정 > 고급 > 접근성.

이게 왜 켜져있어...?

어쨌든 이걸로 해결되었다!
